Health And Safety Training and Health And Safety Courses
Health and Safety Training has become a vital ingredient in the running of a successful company. Accidents at work and occupational injuries represent a considerable burden for employers. For small companies in particular, accidents can have a major financial impact. More than 60% of small companies that have an interruption to operations of 9 days or more do not reopen. Apart from it being good practice to have a health and safety policy it is a legal requirement under the Safety Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005. As an employer you are responsible for the physical and mental health of your employees. Health & Safety management is risk management. Click Here for Employer Health and Safety Responsibilities
